100% Monastrell Harvesting takes place during the night, thus avoiding oxidation and high temperatures of the hours of the day. Short maceration time. Fermentation takes place at 18 °C. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, always at controlled temperature. Juicy Monastrell wine. The nose is elegant and reveals a delicious fruit of raspberries, cherries, black tea, notes of smoke and cocoa. On the palate, mâchu tannins, a nice freshness and a fruity finish.
