Made from 60% Garnatxa negra 30% Carinena and 10% Syrah This wine is characterized by its freshness and intensity of fruit, especially red fruits such as strawberries and cherries, without giving up florality. Notes of liquorice and pepper add to its aromatic palette. It is a round wine, pleasant, persistent, delicate and pure, with a very good acidity that makes us salivate for a new sip. After fermentation, the wine is raised for 3 months in concrete tanks. Custody potential: 5 years Service temperature: 16-18°
