The vineyards are located in a hilly district, in a mountainous region and cut by ravines that can reach more than 100 m deep. Geologically, most rock formations are sedimentary. There are only few outcrops of metamorphic or volcanic materials. The main sedimentary materials are carbonated rocks such as limestone, dolomite and limestone shale. Secondary rocks include an abundance of detrites such as clays, silts, sands and gravel. Evaporites such as gypsum and salts represent a very small proportion. In the Caroig massif, the limestone that forms it favours the formation of underground aquifers, very important for agriculture. 100% Tempranillo planted at 700m altitude guaranteeing the freshness of this wine. Color bright scarlet with ruby reflections. Flavors of bright red fruits, a beautiful floral mouth, soft and silky.
