This red wine, 100% pinot black, of intense ruby dress from each vineyard plot is fermented separately in small lots with native yeasts before resting in French oak barrels for 10 months. Every spring, the winemaker Bryan Weil selects individual barrels from each vineyard plot to create a beautifully expressive and balanced version of the Black Pinot of the Willamette Valley.
