This wine from the central valley comes from the vineyards of Maule, Curicó and Colchagua. The characteristic of this 60% Chardonnay and 40% Viognier is its aromatic intensity (Colchagua), its freshness (Curicó) and its structure (San Rafael) that each of its origins brings and that makes this assembly so special.
Musts, settled statically at low temperature, are fermented at a temperature between 13°C and 17°C depending on the batches. The wine is then raised in French and American barrels, new and used, for a period of 3 months.
The rest is kept in stainless steel vats with a work of lees to bring more uncutness and final roundness. From yellow dress to golden reflections the wine has an expressive nose on notes of yellow fruit. In the palate the wine has a nice silky texture which makes its tasting easy. Custody potential: 3 years
Operating temperature: 10°
