100% Sauvignon Blanc is beautifully scented with notes of white fishing, guava, feijoa, fresh peas and nettle. The mouth is very concentrated and precise, with zesty flavours of citrus and summer core fruits, complemented by subtle notes of jalapeno, sage and wet river stones.

This wine has a lively and refreshing acidity and a unique saline mineral finish. Custody potential: 3 years Operating temperature 8-10°

It is very well married to all seafood, especially crustaceans. The crispy flavours fit well with fresh summer salads or soft goat cheeses. Try this wine with ravioli from Paua (abalone) in a white lemon butter sauce.
