BLACK MOUNTAIN SMOKY NOTES

Composed of 2 distilled assemblage whiskies in the UK, reduced to the water of the Black Mountain in Occitania and refined in Armagnac casks: fruity whisky, refined 8 months and a peated whisky, refined 6 months. The 2 whiskies are finally assembled for a final maturation of 2 months minimum.
Nose: Mineral, first medicinal notes, barley and smoky grain, floral notes, dried fruits and wood.
Taste: Floral-fruited with smoked notes to toast and malt.
Final: Vanilla, citrus, leather and subtly grassy
