With a beautiful ruby red color, its nose is both rich and elegant, very representative of what this grape variety can offer. The attack on the palate is suave, spicy, round, its finish is juicy with very ripe tannins without being too extracted. Judicious aging in barrels for 10 months succeeded in tempering the wild side of the grape variety. To be enjoyed on a pot au feu, spicy dishes or simple on grilled meats.
