THE CHAPTAL CROSS TERRACES OF LARZAC RED LES TERRACES 2016

Grenache, Syrah, Carignan. With a deep garnet red color with bright & shiny red reflections, its nose is complex with fruity notes (red fruits, cherry?) and spices, pepper and cinnamon. The attack on the palate is very fresh, combining roundness and minerality, with a good structure and supple tannins. Aromas of red fruits, spices and garrigue. Aged for 18 months in vats. The freshness of this wine goes wonderfully with grilled meats as well as cooked vegetarian dishes, Italian pasta dishes, poultry and soft cheeses.
