Intense, purple-red colour. Very expressive nose combining sweet spices such as cinnamon and cloves with notes of very ripe black fruits (blackcurrants, blackberries, etc.). There are also some empyreumatic touches. On the palate, truffle, mocha and chocolate blend with the previous aromas in great harmony, with taut tannins bringing a nice balance. The finish is fresh, persistent and delicious: characteristic of this altitude terroir. Syrah 40%, Carignan 30%, Grenache 30%. Aging of 100% of the cuvée in barrels of 1 white wine for 12 months.
