Purple red color. The nose is mature, with a beautiful aromatic power. Strawberry, blackberry, fig and cocoa are expressed on the first nose before leaving spicy and vanilla aromas in a second time. The mouth is greedy with its notes of blackcurrant and coconut. The tannins are melted, round and supple. This wine is there as every year to offer you a concentrate of southern sunshine. Notice to amateurs! 30% of the wine is aged for 6 months in oak barrels. The remaining 70% is aged in concrete vats on fine lees.
