Yellow-green reflections and brilliant color. This 2018 vintage, with its very rainy spring and hot, dry summer, offered us perfect conditions to start our new 100% Viognier cuvée. The aromas are opulent, typical of this grape variety with notes of white peach, apricot and various citrus fruits. The mouth is round, well balanced, fruity with this beautiful freshness in the finish characteristic of our wines. Aging is also expressed in subtle touches. It is a very beautiful Viognier with Mediterranean notes that we have worked on balance and elegance like our other Villa Blanche cuvées. Small aging of 15% of the volume for 3 months in 1 year old barrels.
