DOMAINE OLIVER ZETER SAUVIGNON BLANC 2019 GERMANY

A total of eight vineyards in the southern Palatinate and Mittelhardt are planted with seven different Sauvignon Blanc clones. The distinct advantage is the different microclimates of the different sites, which is beneficial in terms of diversification. Pale yellow in color with green highlights, this wine goes through total fermentation in stainless steel vats in order to keep all the freshness of the Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose it is very aromatic with notes of citrus and exotic fruits such as mango and white guava. On the palate it has a nice length and a nice structure due to its short passage in oak barrels.
