This Cuvée was made on the 2014 vintage in honour of Eugene and Marie Rose who developed with passion the Biodynamic on the Domaine since 1969. On the 2014 vintage, we assembled in harmonious proportions of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer, from plots located in the Grand Cru Spiegel, giving birth to a complex, powerful and structured wine. This blend, signed by the elegance and finesse of the Grand Cru Spiegel, reveals the freshness of the Riesling, the generous intensity of the Pinot Gris and the refinement of the Gewurztraminer. Pale and shiny yellow dresspais.Bouquet intense and complex combining fruity (citrus), spicy, andmineral. The mouth affirms mineral notes with delicate salinity, subtle acidity that blends with residual sugars in a dazzling marriage. The aromas of the three grape varieties combine harmoniously to form an airy, fine and suave wine. Riesling declines subtle aromas of white flowers and citrus. The Pinot Gris brings fat, texture, with a slight smoked notee.LeGewurztraminer develop dry fruit notes and spicy noteses.Remarquable for its finesse, the Riesling gives wine a refined, persistent finish with a lot of freshness. The marne of this terroir provides wine power, while the sandstones let express delicateness and elegance.
