Yellow color with golden reflections. Very thick disc. Intense nose with discreet smoky aromas, with notes of white flesh fruits such as quince, apple and pear. The mouth is harmonious, powerful, built on fat, very concentrated wine. Elegant aromas of pineapple, Mirabelle plums and honey. Softness and length. The finish is marked by candied and spicy notes. It lends itself to an aperitif, to dessert, with cheeses with a strong taste, with foie gras.
