Very present in Uruguay, where it expresses itself completely. Rich in tannin her dress is of intense purple red colour. Its nose is powerful on spices and red fruit counted as blueberry. The attack on the palate is carpented and intense, the aromas of spices are marked and the tannins biked. Its final is long and persistent.
The particularity of this wine: it is not worked in oak barrels which allows to keep all the fruity aromas of grape variety.
Taste on character dishes, red meats and refined cheese.
