100% Syrah. At the amarant dress with purple reflections, responds an intense nose of red and black fruits (griottes, cassis) and mocha, spicy and liquified notes. The mouth reveals fruit, it seduces by its velvety matter with fine fabric and a fat that wraps tasty tanins. The finish is long. La cuvée Les Entrecoeurs can be drunk in her youth by the most impatiens. The others will be able to experience its longevity by keeping it up to ten years. Like all the beautiful red wines, the Crozes-Hermitage Les Entrecoeurs deserves to be tasted at 16°C.
