Beautiful cherry red robe. The nose offers notes of red and black fruits as well as pomegranate seeds. We feel a wine on the freshness with a nice tension. On the palate we are in the same spirit: freshness, no exuberance and a very well balanced wine. An attack on summer fruits such as jinx, cherry and a more spicy, peppery and floral finish. Less complex than our cuvée Magdeleine (not aged in barrels), our cuvée Le Sentier finds in the terroir of the Domaine, so atypical for our region, a very original place of expression for this great Burgundian grape variety. Pinot Noir in Organic Farming Concrete tank. Very light filtration.
