Particularities: The Nero d?Avola variety is inseparable from Sicily. It has been cultivated by the Caruso family for years. Its purpose is to preserve all the richness of the fruit and the terroir. For this, she opted for a very short breeding: 30% in 500 litre barrels for 4 months and 70% in stainless steel tanks for 8 months. Then the wine remains in bottles 4 months. The result is probative: a wine of a sustained grenat dress, the bouquet is rich in black fruits such as ripe, blueberry and blackcurrant, mixed with pretty spices. The mouth is dense, full with very attractive harmonious tannins. This balance therefore gives a Nero d?Avola very pleasant
