Ice Imperial was specifically created to be served with ice cubes. For this, it is distinguished by its fruity intensity, its richness in the mouth and its final freshness.
The profiles of the wines used for the assembly were meticulously selected for their specific contribution. The Pinot Noir, winey and angular, brings the intensity of the fruit as well as the integrative structure of the dosage. The Pinot Meunier, round and fleshy, provides wealth and a melt in the heart of the mouth. The sharp acidity of Chardonnay offers a refreshing final touch.
