CHAMPAGNE DOM PERIGNON ROSE 2008 BOX 75 CL

Dom Pérignon reveals the 2008 vintage through a temeral blend built on black pinots. Their fruity and structure highlight the precision and natural brilliance of the wines.
The bouquet instantly opens onto raspberry and wild strawberry. Pulsed notes of iris and violet blend quickly with fruit and settle.
We feel greener shades, close to the trone, the angelic and the camphor leaf.
In the mouth, the first sensations are tactile, fleshy, silky. They spread out, like a caress that gradually gets firmer. The acid frame, the signature of the vintage, is wrapped in the structure of the pinot and makes the heart of the wine vibrate. The final note affirms and persists in a fragrance of peony and white pepper.

Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2008 was born to push back the limits of creation, know-how, and gastronomic experience.
With Alain Ducasse and Albert Arià and as part of the ADMO collaboration, an ideal arrangement of cauliflower slightly coated with mole, inspired by Mexican cuisine with its cocoa, grilled herbs and spices was created.
This gives it a spicy, concentrated and rich dimension that fits perfectly with the wine for its depth, structure and corsed ingredients.
