The plot, cadastral ""in Champagne" is one of the most beautiful terroir of Chenas, south exposure.

Sandy land is an early plot.

These wines are full of finesse with complex fragrances of ripe black fruit.

This wine is distinguished by its ruby dress tinted with garnet, a carpented body, floral and woody notes.

Pivoine and rose aromas, with notes of spices and woody. Chénas reveals its elegance and finesse after a few years of bottle.

Serve between 13° and 16° with andouillettes, feathers or hair game, sauce meats, corsed cheeses.
