This iconic champagne draws its structure from the predominant presence of Pinot Noir (50-55%), the Meunier's roundness (15-20%) and the elegance of Chardonnay (28-33%).
The grapes come from 50 to 60 raw, and the assembly includes 25 to 45% reserve wines that were aged up to 15 years.
