Fresh wine, balanced, deliciously fruity, with elegant aromas of citrus (citron) and white flesh (fish), mineral notes. Very nice structure. A harmonious wine between its bouquet and fruity of 'licat, its body and its acidity of great finesse, which gives it great persistence. Indistinctly accompanies the finest dishes, is incomparable on fish and seafood.
